1Introduction
RA EduTech ("RA EduTech", "we", "us", or "our") operates the RA EduTech Certificate Management System, a platform that enables registered training institutes to issue, manage, and verify student certificates and marksheets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your data when you use our website, admin portal, and institute portal (collectively, the "Platform").
2Information We Collect
Institute Account Data: When an institute registers, we collect the institution name, owner's full name, business address, city, state, PIN code, email address, mobile number, chosen login ID, and password.
Payment Information: For premium subscription activation we collect the UPI transaction reference (UTR) submitted at checkout. We do not collect or store full bank account numbers, card numbers, or UPI PINs — payments are completed directly within your own UPI application.
Student Records: Institutes may input student data — including full name, father's/guardian's name, date of birth, gender, course, exam/semester name, subject-wise marks, and photographs where applicable — for the sole purpose of generating certificates and marksheets. Institutes act as the data controller for the student records they submit; RA EduTech acts as a data processor on their behalf.
Usage & Device Data: We may automatically collect browser type, device identifiers, IP address, and interaction logs (such as pages visited and certificates verified) to maintain platform security and improve performance.
3How We Use Information
- To create and manage institute accounts and subscriptions
- To generate, store, and print certificates and marksheets on behalf of institutes
- To power the public QR-code and serial-number verification lookup
- To process subscription renewals and send related account notifications
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
4Data Storage & Security
Account and record data is stored using industry-standard safeguards, including 256-bit encryption in transit. Access to institute and student records is restricted to authenticated institute accounts and authorized RA EduTech administrators. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5Certificate & Marksheet Verification Data
Certificate and marksheet serial numbers, along with the associated student name, course, institute, and issue date, are made available through our public verification tool so that employers and third parties can confirm authenticity. Only the minimum information necessary for verification is exposed; sensitive fields such as date of birth and full addresses are not shown in public verification results.
6Cookies & Similar Technologies
The Platform uses session storage to keep you signed in during a browsing session and local storage to persist institute, certificate, and marksheet records on the device used to create them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure to operate the Platform, including font and icon delivery networks, a QR-code generation service used to embed verification links on certificates and marksheets, and UPI payment rails for subscription collection. These providers process only the minimum data required to perform their function and are not authorized to use it for any other purpose.
8Data Retention
Institute account data is retained for as long as the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Student certificate and marksheet records are retained indefinitely to preserve the integrity of the public verification service, unless an institute requests deletion in accordance with applicable law.
9Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you. Institutes may correct or remove student records they manage directly through the Institute Portal. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
10Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for use by training institutes and their authorized staff. While student records processed on the Platform may relate to minors, such data is submitted and controlled solely by the enrolling institute, which is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent under applicable law.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering an institute, or otherwise accessing the RA EduTech Certificate Management System (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2Description of Service
RA EduTech provides a subscription-based platform that allows registered training institutes to generate QR-verified certificates and marksheets for their students, maintain issuance history, and offer a public tool that lets third parties confirm the authenticity of a record using its serial number.
3Institute Registration & Eligibility
To register, an institute must provide accurate and complete details, including a valid business address, contact information, and payment confirmation. RA EduTech reviews and approves new registrations before login access is granted, and reserves the right to decline or suspend any registration that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.
4Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your institute account
- You must notify RA EduTech promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
- Login credentials must not be shared, sold, or transferred to unaffiliated third parties
5Subscription & Fees
Access to the Institute Portal requires a one-time institute registration fee, currently ₹500, which is valid for the lifetime of the account with no renewal charges. Accounts are activated upon admin verification of the submitted UPI transaction reference. Student enrolments are charged separately, currently ₹200 per student, from the institute wallet. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable prior notice and never applies retrospectively to fees already paid.
6Certificate & Marksheet Issuance Responsibility
Institutes are solely responsible for the accuracy of student information, course details, and marks entered into the Platform. RA EduTech does not independently verify the underlying academic achievement represented by a certificate or marksheet — it verifies only that the specific record was generated by the identified institute through the Platform. Issuing records for training that was not actually completed, or for fictitious students, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
7Prohibited Uses
- Issuing fraudulent, backdated, or misleading certificates or marksheets
- Attempting to bypass, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the QR verification system
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt Platform availability
- Using another institute's login credentials or impersonating a registered institute
- Scraping or bulk-harvesting verification data for unauthorized commercial use
8Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, layout, templates, and underlying software, is the property of RA EduTech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Institutes retain ownership of the student data they submit but grant RA EduTech a limited license to process, store, and display that data as necessary to operate the certificate and verification features.
9Public Verification Service
The verification tool is provided as a convenience to help third parties confirm record authenticity and is offered on an "as-is" basis. RA EduTech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the verification service.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RA EduTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including reliance on a certificate or marksheet issued by a third-party institute. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11Termination
RA EduTech may suspend or terminate an institute's access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Institutes may request account closure at any time by contacting support; certificates and marksheets already issued will remain on record to preserve verification integrity.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1No Refund Policy
All payments made to RA EduTech are strictly non-refundable. By paying the one-time institute registration fee (₹500) or the ₹200 per-student enrolment fee or any other paid service on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that no refund, in part or in full, will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been successfully received and verified.
2Why We Follow a No-Refund Policy
The subscription grants immediate access to unlimited certificate generation, QR verification, printable templates, and the institute analytics dashboard. Because these digital services are activated instantly and consumed continuously, we are unable to reclaim delivered value once an account is provisioned.
3Before You Pay

- Ensure your UPI transaction reference (UTR) is entered correctly during registration to avoid verification delays.
4Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails at your bank but the amount is debited, or if the same amount is charged more than once for the same registration, please email us the UTR and screenshot within 7 days. Verified bank-side failures and true duplicate charges will be reversed — this is a payment correction, not a refund of a delivered subscription.
5Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle only; it does not refund the current subscription term.
